We had our audit with Intertek last week and, you know, I was totally calm about it the whole time… mostly. though, it went a lot smoother than I expected. The auditor was clear and fair, didn’t make anything feel weird or tense, and the feedback was actually useful instead of overwhelming. I wouldn’t say I was relaxed, exactly, but it was a good experience overall.

I’ve had a bit of a mixed experience with Intertek. Overall, they’re fine, but I noticed the service can be very different depending on the local office. One office I worked with was quick to respond and really helpful, while another took a long time to get back to me and made the process feel a bit frustrating. I wouldn’t say they’re bad, but from my experience, the consistency just isn’t always there

We had to change our inspection time twice because our site just wasn’t ready, and Intertek made the whole thing way easier than I expected. The person I spoke with on the phone found a new slot that worked for us without a bunch of back and forth. there’s not much more to say, scheduling was literally painless, and that helped us a lot

Pretty solid overall. It covered most of the countries we needed, which made things easier for our international sites.

I thought I knew what I was paying at first, but then extra fees was showing up later. It would’ve been better if they say everything clearly upfront.

When they finally did respond, the answer was really basic and didn’t fully help, so I had to follow up again. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it was definitely frustrating.

I’ll admit, I wasn’t expecting much, but they actually got back to my follow-up questions quickly. It was better than I thought it would be.

I used Intertek mainly to check certification and testing info, and overall the documentation was solid. I’m usually just looking for the quickest path, search, scan the headings, open the PDF that looks most relevant — and most of the time that got me what I needed without much confusion.
The only reason I’d call it 4 stars is that some sections felt a little tucked away. If the search were sharper or the main topics were easier to jump to, it would save some clicking around. Once I found the right documents, though, they were clear and detailed enough to be useful.

I’m irritated with how this inspection went. Some parts seemed thorough, but other areas felt rushed, and that’s on them. The report was easy enough to read, but it didn’t have the level of detail I expected, especially considering I was relying on them to catch things. They did answer my questions afterward, which helped a little, but I still feel like they should’ve been more careful from the start. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but I definitely don’t think they did as complete a job as they should have.

We worked with intertek they seemed to know the technical standards right off the top of their heads. I had a bunch of questions and they explained things in a way that actually made sense, even though some of it still felt complicated to me. They also helped us catch a couple things before we messed them up, which probably means they’re good at what they do.

I’ve had a really good impression of intertek so far. They come across as reliable, honest, and easy to deal with, and I haven’t noticed anything odd or concerning. Overall, they seem like a trustworthy company I’d feel comfortable working with.

The whole thing took way too long. Way too long. Support did get back to me eventually, but they didn’t really explain much, so I was left kind of confused about what was going on.

I used intertek for some product testing, and overall they pretty much matched what I already expected from a big lab: broad capabilities, thorough checks, and reports that are clear enough to work with. I’ll admit I went in thinking they’d be reliable on the technical side, and the experience mostly confirmed that for me. The team also got back to us on most of our questions, which helped.
The only part that bugged me was the pace. I also had a feeling the process might be a bit clunky going in, that was confirmed too. The online side wasn’t always the easiest to follow, and I had to chase updates once or twice. Still, not a bad experience overall, just one that could be smoother for customers.

I had an issue with my report and getting it sorted was kind of a pain. Support did get back to me, so props for that, but it took way too many back-and-forth emails and a lot of waiting around. It did get fixed in the end, but the whole process was meh.

I was just there recently and everything went smoothly. The staff were helpful, seemed to know exactly what they were doing, and walked me through the process without any hassle. No real issues from my latest experience.
